Yes. We ask for card details upfront so your trial converts automatically into a subscription after 35 days, with nothing else for you to do. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
Yes, at any time from inside the portal. Upgrading during your trial takes effect immediately with no charge until the trial ends. Upgrading after your trial charges the prorated difference straight away.
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your club's data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. Get in touch within those 30 days and we can reactivate your club with everything intact.
Admins can launch a kiosk link on any tablet or shared device at your club. Members type their name to sign in or out, no individual login needed at the door, and the register updates live in the portal.
Yes. Your login is separate from any individual club, so you can be a member of one club and an administrator of another, all under the same account.
